obigatorio nacional y se ha apartado de la escena Tekkenera. Durante su tiempo libre el ha sido lo
suficientemente amable como para participar en una entrevista para los fans de Tekken.

Hoy, tenemos un tiempo y una pequeña conversación con uno de los mejores jugadores de Tekken del
mundo, quien juegue haya jugado Tekken alguna vez sabrá su nombre, QUDANS, somos libres de conversar
con él mientras esta de vacaciones del ejército ahora ^^
Hola y bienvenido a la entevista, Qudans~~!!
((Qudans)): Encantado de conocerlos también. Perdon por atrasarme. Estaba reuniendome con amigos
cuando tengo vacaciones. No he tenido suficiente tiempo para esto.
¿Podrías primero presentarte un poco a ti mismo?
((Qudans)): Soy Byeong Mun Son, 22 años de edad, de Korea. Me gusta salir y jugar juegos. También me
gusta una chica como a todo el mundo jaja.
¿Cual es tu primer juego de peleas? ¿Street Fighter? ¿o algún otro juego?
((Qudans)): My primer juego de pelea es Fatal Fury 2! Cuando tenía 5 años, conocí ese juego de unos
hermanos. Al final, era abusado por mis hermanos porque me iva volviendo mejor que los otros jugadores
que jugaban conmigo.
[Nota del traductor: Es de asumir que el término abuso se podría estar refiriendo a que los hermanos lo
hacían jugar con otras personas ya que el era mejor. Podría haber elegido una mejor expresión para eso
de todos modos =P]
¿Cuál es tu primer Tekken?
((Qudans)): Tekken 1.
¿Cuánto tiempo llevas jugando la serie Tekken?
((Qudans)): Me puse serio desde el Tekken Tag. Cuando me uní al Battle team el 2004, he intentado de
hacer lo mejor hasta el 2006.
¿Cuánto tiempo gastas jugando Tekken 5 D.R. cada día?
((Qudans)): Cerca de 12 horas al dia.
¿Piensas que Tekken es el mejor juego de pelea?¿Hay algun otro juego de peleas que también te guste?
((Qudans)): Creo que depende de la persona. A algunas personas les gusta KOF, a otros les gusta Tekken...
Estan preguntandome esto a mi asique hablaré en mi opinión. Me encanta mucho el Tekken. Pero otros
juegos también son buenos.
¿Qué te hace querer usar a Devil Jin? Él es un personaje muy dificil de usar, yo creo ^^
((Qudans)): He jugado con Jin desde el TT (Jin). Si soy muy bueno usando a DJ, excedería el límite del
sistema. Puedo mostrar mi estilo y personalidad con DJ.
¿Es Devil Jin siempre tu personaje favorito en las series Tekken?
((Qudans)): Sólo para Tekken.
¿Qué otros personajes te gustan también, aparte de Devil Jin?
((Qudans)): Básicamente, me gustan los Mishimas.
¿Siempre vas al torneo?
((Qudans)): Si hay torneo, por supuesto que iría. (tourney, palabra q no caxo) me pone nervioso y
emocionado, por eso es que me gusta el torneo. Todos el mundo que se une al torneo es entusiasta.
¿Cual fué la puntuación cuando jugaste contra MS.Ryu ft30 el 2007?
((Qudans)): Yo gané contra MS. Ryu. No puedo decirte los puntajes porque se lo prometí. No importan
realmente los puntajes. Pasamos un genial rato por eso.
¿Haz jugado alguna vez contra Dajung Love?¿Qué piensas de él?
((Qudans)): Nunca he jugado contra el. He escuchado que es muy bueno, pero no sé.
¿Y con respecto a Knee?¿Es el oponente más duro que haz enfrentado?¿Qué piensas del Bryan de Knee?
((Qudans)): El fué el mejor rival. Me sentía bien con el. Al final del DR, mis manos estaban heridas.
No pude jugar bien porque sentía una sensación de pérdida.
¿Ryan Hart solía llamarse el mejor jugador de Tekken?¿Qué piensas de él y su Kazuya?
[Nota del traductor: Tengo la impresión de que la primera parte no era una pregunta, pero me limitaré
a colocar lo que sale. De todos modos, en toda la entrevista se ven algunos errores y modismos.]
((Qudans)): Honestamente, el no es muy bueno. Comparado con los Mishima players koreanos, pero el también
es bueno.
Personalmente pienso que MS.Ryu y el 2do MS.Ryu realmente son buenos jugadores. ¿Qué piensas de ellos?
((Qudans)): Ambos son bastante buenos. El 2do tiene posibilidad de mejorar. En el futuro, el será el
mejor jugador de Japón.
¿Estás feliz de jugar contra los jugadores de Tekken de otros países, como MS.Ryu y Ryan Hart?
((Qudans)): Porsupuesto que estoy feliz de hacer eso. Tenemos el mismo hobby. Nos hace cercanos. No hay
duda de eso ^^
¿Quién es el jugador de Tekken número 1 en tu corazón? ¿Quién mas piensas que es muy bueno en otros juegos
de pelea como Street Fighter?

¿Haz jugado Tekken 6 antes? Si es así ¿Qué piensas del Tekken 6? (Si no, solo pasa a las siguientes pocas
preguntas).
((Qudans)): He jugado un poco. Es suficiente para atraer gente.
El sistema Rage del Tekken 6 ¿Es bueno o malo?
((Qudans)): Pienso que para mi es bueno. Me siento muy emocionado al respecto.
Un montón de personas dicen que Tekken 6 es todo sobre jugglear/hacer combos aéreos ¿Qué piensas?
((Qudans)): He pensado sobre eso. Pero los jugadores pueden cambiar el juego, depende de cómo pensar.
¿Qué opinas de los Bosses de Tekken 6?¿Son ellos muy grandes (Azazel y Nancy)?
((Qudans)): Los vi una vez. Demasiado fuertes!! jaja.
¿Piensas que algun personaje se ha empeorado en Tekken 6?
((Qudans)): Personajes débiles y fuertes no tienen significado. Sólo piensa en cómo jugar bien. Ésa es
la respuesta.
¿Qué piensas de los nuevos personajes en Tekken 6? (Especialmente Bob)
((Qudans)): No he jugado con Bob, pero en Tekken 6, no hay personajes débiles.
¿Vas a jugar Tekken cuando regreses del Ejército?
((Qudans)): No estoy seguro pero jugaré por diversión. Si consigo una meta, volvería.
¿Haz pensado alguna vez en jugar juegos como tu futura carrera?
((Qudans)): Si hay una liga como la de Starcraft en Korea, entonces me gustaria ser un jugador profesional.
[Nota del traductor: En Korea hay una liga de Starcraft en la que te pagan por jugar (si eres bueno
obviamente). A tal nivel, que uno puede mantenerse con los ingresos obtenidos por las victorias]
¿Cuál fué el mejor premio de torneo que haz ganado alguna vez?¿En cuál torneo fué?
((Qudans)): US$2000 creo en el torneo EC6. Ese día fueron 4 torneos y los gané todos (la mayoría de los
jugadores de Tekken sabían que tenia mis manos heridas asique intenté practicar con pad).
Última pregunta ¿Crees que los Mishimas son sucios? ^^
((Qudans)): Depende de la persona. El estilo de la gente hace al personaje, no solo los Mishimas sino
también los otros.
Finalmente, deseamos que tus manos se recuperen pronto y que regreses sano y salvo del ejército. Y vuelve
a jugar la serie de juegos Tekken otra vez. ^^

((Qudans)):i’m glad to meet you,too.i’m sorry to being late.i was meeting friends when i got holidays.i hadn’t had enough time for this.
Can u first introduce a little bit bout yourself?
((Qudans)):i’m byeong mun Son 22years old from Korea. i like hanging out and playing game.i also like a girl like everybody does haha.
Whats your first fighting game? Is it street fighter? or some other game?
((QUdans)):my first fighting game is fatal fury 2!
when i was 5years old, i met this game from brothers.
the end, i was abused by brothers because i was getting better than other players who played with me.
Which is your first tekken game?
((QUdans)):Tekken1.
How long have you been playing tekken’s series?
((QUdans)):i got serious from Tekken Tag.
when i joined Battle team in 2004,i tried to do my best until 2006.
How long do you spend playing tekken 5 DR everyday?
((QUdans)):about 12hours a day.
Do you think tekken is the best fighting game? Is there any other fighting game that u also like?
((QUdans)):it depends on person i think. some people like KOF, other people like Tekken..This question asked to me so i’ll speak my opinion.
i love Tekken very much. but other games are good game as well.
So what really make you wanna use devil jin? He is quite hard to use, i think ^^
((QUdans)):i has played DJ since TT(Jin). if i’m very good at using DJ, i would exceed the limit of system. i can show my style and personality with DJ.
Is devil jin your all time favourite characters out of the tekken series?
((QUdans)):only for Tekken.
What other characters that you also like apart from devil jin?
((QUdans)):basically, i like mishimas
Do you always go to the tournament?
((QUdans)):if there is the tournament, for sure i would go.Tourney makes me nervous and excited that’s why i like the tournament. everyone who joins the tournament is enthusiastic.
What was the score when you play against MS.Ryu ft30 back in 2007?
((QUdans)):i won against MS.Ryu.i can’t tell you the scores because i promised him.
it didn’t really matter about socres.we had a great time for it.
Have you ever play with dajung love?What do you think of him?
((QUdans)):i’ve never played with him. i heard he is quite good but i don’t know.
What about knee? Is he the toughest opponent you ever faced? What do you think of knee’s bryan?
((QUdans)):he was best rival. i felt good with him.at the end of DR, my hands were injured. i couldn’t play well because i felt a sense of loss.
Ryan Hart used to be called the best tekken player? What do you think of him and his kazuya?
((QUdans)):honestly, he isn’t very good. Compare to Korean Mishima players.but he is also good.
I personally think MS. Ryu and MS.Ryu 2nd are really good player, what do you think of them?
((QUdans)):both are quite good. 2nd has a possibility to improve.
in the future, he will be the best player in Japan.
Are you happy to play against another country’s teken player? like MS.Ryu and Ryan Hart?
((QUdans)):of course i’m happy to do that.we have same hobby. it makes us close.
there is no doubt about it ^^
Who’s the number 1 tekken player in your heart? Do u think who else is very good with other fighting games like street fighter?
((QUdans)):all of games is same i think.for any reasons, thing’s changed.
anybody can get No.1 , it can’t be long.doing a practice and liking tekken players become No.1
Have you play tekken 6 before? If so, what do you think of tekken 6?(If not, just skip the next few questions)
((QUdans)):i have played a little bit.
It is enough to attract people.
Is tekken 6’s rage system good or bad?
((QUdans)):i think it’s good for me. i feel thrilled about it.
A lot of people say tekken 6 is all bout juggling/ air combo, what do you think?
((QUdans)):i thought about that.but players can change the game. depends on how to think.
What do you think of tekken 6’s bosses, are they too big(Azazel and Nancy)?
((QUdans)):i saw once, too strong!! haha.
Do you think any characters thats broken in tekken 6?
((QUdans)):Weak and strong characters are no meaning. just think about how to play well. that’s the answer.
What do you think of the new characters in tekken 6??(especially bob)
((QUdans)):i haven’t played with bob. but In Tekken6, there are no weak characters
Will you play Tekken after you come back from the Army?
((QUdans)):i’m not sure but i’ll play for fun.
if i get a goal, i would come back.
Do you ever think to play games as your future carreer?
((QUdans)):if there is a league like StarCraft in Korea, then, i wanna be a progamer.
What was the highest tournament price that you ever get? Which tournament was that?
((QUdans)):2000 US$ i think at EC6 tournament. that day was 4 tournament and i won all of it.(most tekken players knew that my hands were injured so i tried to practice with pad.)
Last questions, do you think the mishimas are cheap?^^
((QUdans)):depends on person. people’s style makes the character not only mishimas but the others.
At last,wish your hands recover soon and comeback safe and sound from the army,
and re-play the tekken series games again.^^
